REFUND POLICY
Customer may only request
order cancellation BEFORE completion of custom artwork that is inserted on the calendar.
To request order
cancellation, please contact us through Joy Company Inc. dba Joy Calendar ("Joy
Calendar") Customer Service or email us at order@joycalendar.com
Once order cancellation
request is submitted and approved, the refund will be credited to the original
payment method.
For credit card payments it
may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card
statement.
Refund Policy only applies to customers who purchased calendars and
printing goods directly through Joy Calendar either at www.joycalendar.com or
by phone at (714) 229-0059.
