DELIVERY/ SHIPPING POLICY

Joy Company Inc. dba Joy Calendar ("Joy Calendar") will ship its products within the U.S only.

-      Shipping method within CONUS will be either local pick-up, UPS, or trucking services (Delivery to Hawaii or Alaska will be shipped via USPS)

-      Orders will be shipped after Thanksgiving through Christmas season. Please contact Joy Calendar Customer Service or email us at order@joycalendar.com for shipping details.

-      Joy Calendar is not responsible for any late shipments, including expedited or guaranteed shipping, that do not deliver on time due to holidays, weekends or any delay from the shipping company.

-      UPS does not ship to a PO BOX address, so, we may request a physical address for UPS shipments.

Shipping methods will may vary (USPS or UPS) depending on the value, weight, and size of the items being shipped.
